1. Service Scope

PixelByte provides premium custom Website Development, Website Redesign, WhatsApp Business API Automation setups, and CRM/AI Integrations. Project timelines and specific deliverables are detailed in individual service proposals.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all necessary content, logo assets, credentials, and API tokens required for development. Delays in asset provision will extend delivery timelines.

3. WhatsApp API Billing Disclaimer

Meta WhatsApp Business API fees and conversation charges are not included in PixelByte service pricing. These charges are billed directly by Meta (or respective BSPs) and paid by the client.

4. Limitation of Liability

PixelByte is not liable for system downtime, Meta account bans, or API deprecation issues originating from third-party networks (such as WhatsApp, HubSpot, or hosting providers).
