Refund Policy

1. Custom Services Clause
Payments made for website development, automation setup, system integrations, corporate web design work, and custom digital development services are non-refundable once project work has started.
2. Unstarted Project Requests
If the project has not yet started, refund requests may be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed minus transaction gateway charges and initial planning overheads.
3. Third Party Fees Disclaimer
Meta WhatsApp Business API fees and conversation charges are not included in PixelByte service pricing. These charges are billed directly by Meta and paid by the client. PixelByte holds no responsibility for Meta billing disputes or invoice payments.
